It is almost Memorial Day here in the normally-blustery city of Wichita. The birds are chirping, the sun is rising – illuminating the trees in a magnificently backlit way – and I am flying the American flag (a quite unusual expression for me) in memory of my departed father, a WW II vet.

It is a deceivingly-pleasant picture for a world about ready to plunge into a global shitfest of biblical proportions. The Gulf of Mexico plague is upon us, brought about by need, greed and speed. Enough blame to go around everywhere, including addiction to excessively-cheap oil, lax regulatory oversight and a chain of human errors that has led to this catastrophic bleeding of crude oil from the bowels of the earth.

The first reports of ‘oil rain’ are coming in from Florida. The lying bastards at BP continue to under-report the size of the oil volcano. The use of chemically-toxic dispersants hides the extent of the plague, and will come back to bite the ass of existence when it becomes apparent the ocean is dying from oil plumes that reach into the conveyer belt of the Atlantic current.

Some believe this is the judgment of god for a nation gone off track. But whose god? The god of the Arabs, the god of the Jews, the god of the Christians, the God of the dollar? I would talk about the god of the Indians, but those poor men are dealing with the aftermath of a re-circulated BBC story from 2006 in which it was reported that ‘standard-sized’ condoms are too big for Indian men. Shit! And this is who we outsourced our county to? Maybe they can hide the size of their organs through phone sex.

I tend to think of this mostly as karmic payback, where our long-delayed debts of greed and excess are coming due. Unlike congressional TARP funds or the recent Trillion dollar European bailout – where we are kicking the financial can continuously down the road – the ecological bill may be coming due. Expect a quick trail and conviction, followed by a speedy execution.

Things are starting to move fast around the planet. Think clearly, Observe without judgment or reaction, and Love deeply.

Tonight as the sun inches closer toward the horizon, the Chemtrail boys are back with a vengeance. Predominantly east to west, but also with their signature “Xs” in the sky as they cross north to south.

The ugly fucking ropes of residue that don’t disappear are turning our Wichita skies overcast again.  Rain in two days???  Seems to be the pattern.

How does the overall population sleep thru this? I guess like I did until a few years ago, when their presence hit me like a ton of bricks.  How does a pilot of 30 years let this pass by?  How asleep have I been?  How awake am I becoming?

Just for the record, anyone can track these machines with a computer and the Internet.  It helps to have wireless and a laptop so you can go outside and watch near-real time.

Go to www.flightaware.com.  On the lower left of the screen, type in your airport code (Wichita is KICT) and select the ‘view airport activity’ button. The IFR traffic above your city’s airport will show up on the map.  Locate your physical location in relationship to the airport (Northwest, etc…). Major roads are shown, so you can get a close approximation of the airspace directly above your head.

Note the airplanes that show up on the screen (commercial traffic) versus those Chemtrail airplanes that do not exist (at least according to FAA transpoder codes and IFR flightplans) but can be clearly seen overhead.  There is a bit of lag time in the data, but you will soon begin to notice there are many jets flying around in the 20,000 – 30,000 foot range that are not on commercial flight plans. With rare exceptions of private a/c that are ‘blocked,’ you can rest assured you are looking at military airplanes (typically Boeing twin-jets) criss-crossing the skies and leaving chemtrails in their wake.

Perhaps the Boys need to gather data tonight and see how the nearly 1,000-point dip in the Dow today was received.

Go to sleep, flyboys.

The sky has been a beautiful blue, or mixed with clouds that I remember from my days of flying skydivers around the white pillars. Some days have produced rain, but nowhere have there been chemtrails leaving their ugly scars from horizon to horizon.

Oh course the jets are still flying. They are leaving their short contrails behind them, reminding me of a time when I could look overhead without wondering what manner of evil or manipulation was being seeded from the heavens.

I have entertained thoughts that I am simply crazy, that everything is as it seems, that nothing is amiss. I have longed to convince myself that everything is really OK and on the mend. I have even given myself permission to believe this story. Yet something in me challenges this easy belief and asks the hard questions. When the day is over, I am left with an intuitive understanding that this life is larger than my comprehension. Many, many things are in play beyond the physically-observable realm. 

I have also sensed that beyond the beautiful blue skies and temperate climate of early May, the natives are restless. My friends are not sleeping well, I am tired beyond reasonable explanation during the day, and the Deepwater Horizon disaster continues to erupt endlessly in the deep waters off the Gulf of Mexico.

Something is brewing. Something is shaking and getting ready to break. I can feel it.

If I was a bird I would fly away. If I was an animal I would find a cave to hide in. If I were childless, unemployed and unattached, I would unfurl my sails and head out in search of calmer waters.

But I am here, in Central Kansas, living the life I have created for myself. I am breathing deeply, rejoicing in the blue skies, friendships and love that surrounds me. I am reminding myself that I was born for this time.

The waiting can be difficult until I remember there is no future and no past. There is only the here and the now.

Creation waits and groans for the full expression of man. Man waits for creation to reveal itself. The Creator waits and watches to observe the birthing process.

The cervix is dilating. 

That was a killer highway, and it forced you to pay more attention to the road and less attention to the scenery. I watched in wonder as U.S. 400 was being constructed off to the north, and could not imagine the need for such a roadway. Today, as I roll effortlessly down the road at 70 mph (excepting for the evil speed trap in Leon) I have come to take this super-safe conveyance for granted.

I love the sparse and rugged character of this area, and over the decades its beauty has made a lasting impression on my soul. I remember growing up and catching ‘tree bass’ at Fall River and Toronto while my twin and father managed to keep their lures in the water. I suspect I have spent more money at Severy Junction and the new Conoco station than some of the locals, all the while looking out the window and wishing I could own a piece of this paradise.

So when an opportunity came last month for a land auction, I got excited. I imagined owning 10 acres of land at Fall River, stomping around in the trees and foraging about the bluffs that overlook the reservoir. No more speeding by on my way between Chanute and Wichita, but an ability to stop and really enjoy the area. I was thinking of nothing more than a place to pitch my tent and spend the weekends. My own little retreat from the insanity of modern life and its always-incessant pace.

Those were my thoughts, anyway, as I went to the Fall River Senior Center on April 27^th and eagerly awaited the auction for 5 tracts of land (10,10, 82, 82 and 575 acres). I had dressed down to conceal my foreignness, but that is the old joke on outsiders. No matter how much you try to conceal your presence, it is obvious to everybody in a small town that ‘you are not from here.’  No worries, though, and to my untrained eye the gathering felt like a bunch of locals who all knew each other.

I am not a rich man. My brother and I figured we could afford to pay $1,000 per acre for one of the 10 acre tracts. Those dreams were quickly put out of reach by Bidder #2, who was willing to pay $2,100 an acre for both 10 acre tracts. I presume he was a local, and I silently wished him the best as it appeared he had both tracts locked up.

But then came the unseen hand, bidding via cell phone for the remaining land. His name was Alex, and he appeared interested in the remaining large tracts of land. He had very little competition, and soon had all three 738 acres locked up for around $610 an acre. But the unseen hand – the unheard voice – was not content to stop there.

He gazed at the 10-acre plots, wanting them as well. Because the auction rules allowed for bids to be reopened, the unseen hand began to bid for these as well. He and bidder #2 locked themselves in a war until the local gave up around the $3,000 per acre mark. We left before the auction concluded, but I am certain the unseen hand took it all for an average price of around $650 per acre.

There is a great sadness here, at least from my perspective. During the event, I glanced backward at Mr. Hart, the elderly landowner whose property was being auctioned off. He seemed a gentle soul, and befitting of the property. What he chooses to do with his land is his business. When he chooses to sell, may the highest bidder win.

But I can’t help thinking the world is getting further divided in the ever-increasing rich and the ever-increasing poor. I hope the new landowner of the Hart property isn’t one of those absentee-landlord-surgeons from California who seem to be consuming the earth.

I hope he doesn’t bulldoze down the trees on the bluff and put up a hunting lodge for the rich and well-heeled. I hope he loves the land and treasures it with the respect it deserves. I hope he burns pasture every year and looks up at the canopy of stars, seeing the vastness of creation in Greenwood County. But I have my doubts. That’s not the way things seem to go these days.

For me, I am saddened that I couldn’t pick up some land for $1,000 an acre. Yet I am more disappointed for bidder #2, who couldn’t hold his own against the unseen hand and the unheard voice. His dreams too, were crushed under the volume of money.

I am reminded of lyrics from the 1970’s that proclaimed, “Without land, man never dreams because he is not free. All men need a place to live with dignity.”

May the unseen hand arrive in Greenwood County and live on the land. May he dream, and may he bring dignity to the place. May he become a local, and not another absentee landlord to a band of growing serfs, slaves, sharecroppers and indentured servants who love a land they cannot own.

This is a lot like 9/11. So in your face that almost no one can see any other scenario than Poland’s Great Tragedy while Putin lights memorial candles at the scene. WTF, mate? These people are certifiably crazy, and are burning the candle at both ends to sink humanity deeper and deeper into sleep and depression. It’s a race against time, my friends.

Have faith that the light (this light and any other light that shines) will extinguish the darkness.  The Creator doesn’t play this game, neither does his creation.

I have cut-and-pasted a number of questions from the Internet about this ‘tragedy.’ Wake up. Allow yourself to believe an alternative scenario to that of the official news agencies. Ask yourself the ‘what-if’ questions. Here is the cut-and-paste:

According to media, authorities are handling the deaths of top Polish political, military and economic leaders in a plane crash in the western Russian city of Smolensk on Saturday as an accident.

But a day after the crash, many unanswered questions surround the event.

Polskaweb has said that an assassination cannot be ruled out.

There are many reasons to dismiss the official story of how Poland’s president, all of Poland’s top army chiefs, the central bank governor and secret service chief died as a cover-up of massive proportions.

According to the mainstream media, the Polish delegation was flying from Warsaw to Smolensk to mark the 70th anniversary of the Katyn massacre of thousands of Poles by Soviet secret service during the second world war.

But the official ceremony marking the Katyn anniversary was held earlier in the week on Wednesday and attended by Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk and Russian head of state Vladimir Putin.

The Polish President Lech Kaczynski was not invited. 

How come Presidnt Kaczynski and half of Poland’s government flew to Katyn three days after the official anniversary?

Why did100 figures who are vital for the day-to-day functioning of the Polish government go to a relatively insignificant ceremony, and not to the main one?

What reason could there be for the Polish central bank governor to fly to Katyn to attend the ceremony?

Why did the 100 top Polish leaders all fly on the same plane?

How could security protocols that require that even a president and his deputy fly separately be so relaxed that so many key people needed to run the Polish government from day to day are allowed to fly on the same plane?

And in a Russian Tupolev plane, and to the traditional arch-enemy of Poland, Russia?

This massacre of the Polish elite occurred on the way to commemorate the murder of 4000 Polish officers and intellecturals massacred by the Soviets in 1940.

But what is the probability of a second massacre of the entire Polish leadership occurring in the same place 70 years later?

Why were none of the journalists that accompany the president on the plane as usual?

According to Polish media, journalists were told that they had been assigned to another plane that had had technical problems and they would, therefore, need to switch to a third plane, delaying their arrival in Katyn.

The delay of the journalists in arriving at the scene of the crash allowed a better manipulation of the media coverage.

According to Bild am Sonntag and the Berliner Zeitung,  a hotel close to the crash site was sealed off, possible to ensure that journalists who might have seen the crash could not send photos or reports.

A man who took pictures of the crash site using his mobile phone had to erase the photos at a police check point on his way home.

Polish and Russian officials said no-one survived the crash. All the bodies have been found, they allege - and yet at the same time, authorities say DNA tests will have to be carried out on the bones of many to identify them.

Have all the bodies been found? Or not?

Were there any bodies? How many?

What evidence is there that these people were on the plane to Smolensk at all apart from the passenger list issued by the authorities?

It is conceivable that the 100 top Polish leaders were rounded up in a purge and killed or kidnapped inside  Poland and that the airplane accident in Russia was staged to explain their deaths.

Weather reports indicate clouds but little fog.

According to the official version, however, the plane hit trees as it approached Smolensk airport in thick fog, and caught fire.

The plane made four landing attempts because of the fog, according to the mainstream media.

But another witness reported hearing an explosion.

The damage of the plane shown is consistent with an explosion.

Debris was scattered around an area one kilometer.

Pilot error was a possible reason for the crash, according to the official story.

But the pilots chosen to fly heads of state are highly qualified.

Why was the plane flying so low that it hit a tree? Weren’t the instruments measuring altitude on board working?

What was the co pilot doing?

Where was the military escort? The security service detail?

Russian media reports said the pilots ignored advice from air traffic control to divert to another airport.
“The pilot was advised to land in Minsk, but decided to land in Smolensk,” said the spokesman, Andrei Yevseyenkov.

But pilots have to follow a standardised procedure for landing and must divert if there is visibility is too poor.

Other reports say Kaczynski himself intervened to force the pilot to land. How likely is it that the pilot would listen to the president and not follow standard procedures?

How likely that the entire army leadership would allow Kaczynski to force the pilot to land. The head of the Polish air force was also on board according to the official story.

Smolensk airport is a military airport classified as a “ClassOne Aiport” that can handle all types of planes, though there are conflicting reports about whether it had an ILS system.

The media says the Tu-154 also has a questionable safety record, and the presidential plane was at least 20 years old.

But other sources say the plane had just undergone a service. A thorough check is routine before  a flight.

Planes as the safest means of travel in the world. Hardly any head of state has killed in a plane crash in the past 30 to 40 years. Now half the Polish government has died.

How likely is it that this was an accident?

Who gains from the death of so many leading Polish figures?

The main winner is Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk who has wiped out the entire opposition to his pro-euro, pro-IMF, pro-New World Order policies, even though they appear to be some allies sacrificed on the plane, including the pro swine flu vaccine ombudsman.

Nevertheless, the backbone of Polish opposition to the NWO appears to have been killed.

“Among the victims were key members of Poland’s biggest opposition party, Law and Justice, including current and former heads of the party’s parliamentary caucus, Grazyna Gesicka and Przemyslaw Gosiewski as well as the party’s main economic expert Aleksandra Natalli-Swiat, and deputy parliamentary speaker Krzysztof Putra.

The list also includes deputy parliamentary speaker Jerzy Szmajdzinski, who was the presidential candidate of the opposition Left Democratic Alliance. That means the crash killed the presidential candidates of two of Poland’s three largest parties. Kaczynski had already won the endorsement of the opposition Law and Justice party. He was to officially declare his candidacy in May,” reports Bloomberg.

With President Kaczynski out of the way and the two presidential candidates, the next president can appoint the top army leaders and the central bank governor as well as judges – in short replace the entire Polish government with people friendly to the New World Order and Bilderberg agenda.

Tusk’s presidential candidate Komorowski has just said he would set the date of a presidential election which had been due in October forward to June, giving Tusk’s party an added advantage.

Tusk appears to be just a puppet for the NWO, operating across countries, and including Putin, who is supposed to be leading the probe in the crash in Russia.

The bodies of the victims have been taken to Moscow.

There is evidence that many government officials work for the private interests of an international corporate crime syndicate, gearing up for the total destruction of nation states and the US dollar and euro to establish a one world government under the UN flagship.

Poland’s top leaders have defied the NWO by refusing the swine flu vaccination and postponing joining the euro, a “must”, according to IMF head Dominique Strauss-Kahn.

They have paid a heavy price.

True, Tusk appeared to support his health minister when she refused to buy the swine flu vaccine last autumn. But even the Austrian Health Minister criticized WHO for declaring a pandemic prematurely – but only after he saw how big the opposition to the vaccines in Austria already was.

Acting skills are vital for leadership, Adolf Hitler said.

By purging Poland of its top leadership and opposition, the NWO has sent out a signal, a clear warning to other government figures not to resist its agenda.

It is less likely that the Polish Health Minister will dare refuse  vaccine the next time WHO declares a pandemic after this incident.

It is less likely that Greece’s central bankers and opposition parties will push for Greece to leave the eurozone or operate a domestic currency in parallel with the euro.

That, anyway, is the calculation of the New World Order.

The murder of the Polish leaders signals the start of a new era of terror and could be the start of a whole series of purges of government officials opposing their agenda.

The NWO has declared war on us, and we must fight back.

The time for action has come.

Ten minutes before noon, she called me up on the land line. As soon as we connected, a clicking sound began through the phone system. It continued in intensity until it knocked me off the line. She called again, stating that her phone system had been working just fine the night (and day) before.  Again the clicking sound, and then the automatic disconnection.  No interview!  I really wondered if someone was attempting to keep me from speaking. Rebecca chocked it up to a systemic breakdown in our global communications.

We rescheduled for the next week (April 7). On April 6, Rebecca told me the phone company had been out three times and found the problem. Again, calls from the night before came through perfectly.  On the 7th, at ten minutes before noon, she called again. Almost immediately the clicking began again. She was having trouble believing the ‘coincidence’ and we hung up, giving it another try. Again, the clicking sound which led to another disconnection.

At this point, I think I had a believer.

She (and her sound engineer) were able to figure out a work-around. I spent the next 90 minutes in a nice interview with her. You can listen to the interview at her website, and I am grateful for her persistence in working through the ‘technical’ issues.

It seems improbable and highly unlikely this interference was just coincidental. The first time you might chock it up to the universe. The second, third and fourth instances place it squarely in the realm of active interference.

It begs the question of just what nerve The Deep Sleep has touched, and who has the power to diddle with communication and phone lines?

I am a bit flattered that somebody thinks enough of my “bedtime story” to try and inhibit its message. Wow. How much truth is in this story? What part(s) of it are causing heartburn? Is Rumsfeld up at night, reading my site? Who is watching who?

In the end, humanity IS waking up. That’s the message of The Deep Sleep. No matter what (or who) is trying to stop your personal journey toward awareness, it cannot succeed in the end. The movement of the universe, the movement of the Creator, the movement of creation, is all headed in the same direction. Trying to control consciousness is like trying to contain the ripples in a pond.

The message of The Deep Sleep is also about recognizing - and moving through - your fears.  It is ok to recognize your fear, but you must learn to move through your paralysis into freedom. Skydiving taught me that inaction can has its own set of consequences, especially when the main parachute fails to open.

As George Green would say, “Take heart, we are on the winning side!”

A Story Not So Much About Love, but About The Beauty of Love Remembered

Sometimes love burns bright, like a beacon in the night. The passion and flame are easily seen by all those who pass by. Other times, love is not so easy to see and must be discerned by a keen eye. This is the story of a love that was at once bright, and never seemed to lose its intensity.

It is a story of love that began in the throes of the Great Depression, endured while Hitler marched across Europe, grew when Cuba began pointing missiles at U.S. soil, and blossomed in the economic uncertainty of the 1970’s and 1980’s.

Rebel-rousing The Rural Natives. My High School Graduation Speech.

For the last five years, Chanute’s school district has been under what’s commonly called the “Chanute Plan.” It’s a plan which I feel has de-emphasized the 3-R’s, and put increased emphasis on creativity, individuality and a “do your own thing” education. Tonight, as a senior, I’d like to talk about that system. I also want to point out now that this is a criticism of the system, not the faculty.

Allen wore many different titles during his life: Deputy Director under Truman, Special Advisor to Eisenhower and Special Council under Nixon. He was well regarded on Capital Hill as well, and seemed equally at ease with appropriations committees and the Government Accounting Office.

Allen was born in Boston and attended Harvard University. He taught under philosopher Joseph Campbell at Sarah Lawrence College, and came to Washington with credentials in Politics and Comparative Religion. His early years of agnosticism gradually gave way to Buddhism, and finally Eastern Orthodoxy.

Allen’s singular passion during the preceding decades was flying in his open-cockpit airplane, which he built by hand. He often commented that the world “looked its best, its brightest, its purest” from the seat of his airplane.

WASHINGTON, D.C., January 29, 2001, (Unpublished) – “Sir, we are missing two Star Gates,” said Donald Rumsfeld.

“What the fuck do you mean, missing two Star Gates?” said Vice President Cheney. “How do you lose two Star Gates? Do we need to put a fucking alert on the milk cartons and ask the public for help locating them?”

“Do we really need all of them?” President Bush asked innocently. “Didn’t you guys make a bunch of them at Adam-a-Gordon?”

“Alamogordo, sir” said Rumsfeld. “The answer to your question is ‘yes’, we were able to create slave units from the plans, but there are two masters we do not have in our possession. And technically, we are only missing one. We know the exact location of one Star Gate is in the ancient ruins of Babylon. The other Star Gate is located somewhere in the Pakistan/Afghanistan border region.”

“I hate Hussein,” said Bush. “Pappy should have finished him off when he had a chance last time. After all my family has done for him, he goes and invades Kuwait. You know, from my days at Midland I know there is enough oil under Iraq to last for another 50 years of drilling. Saddam didn’t need Kuwait’s oil.”

“Fucking Iraqis,” said Cheney. “We have been asking for the artifact back over the past seven years, increasing sanctions, and looking for just the smallest indication of cooperation. It has been nothing but stall, stall, stall. Mr. President, the time for action has come, and Secretary Rumsfeld has a plan.”

“Mr. President,” Rumsfeld said, “We must have the two Star Gates to fully inflate the Shield. We know where the first one is, and can get it back in short order. The second one may take a few years to find, but we will get it.”

“Okay Rummy, I’ll let you lead on this one. I know you and my dad had your disagreements, but I trust you. You are part of my team, and I have never doubted your loyalty. Run with it and keep me in the loop. You know I am not a detail guy, though. Now get out of here, I think I have another appointment in 15 minutes.”

“Yes sir,” said Cheney as he and Defense Secretary Rumsfeld walked out of the Oval Office. It was a short walk down the hall to map out strategy.

Vice President Cheney and Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld walked down the hall and entered Cheney’s office.

“Who’s Allen’s replacement?” asked Cheney.

“Some kid named Anderson,” replied Rumsfeld.

“God I miss him,” said Cheney. “I miss his wisdom, and wish like hell he was around now.”

“So do I, Dick,” Rumsfeld said breathing heavily. “Well, bring him in and let’s get started,” Cheney said.

Rumsfeld made a call to Anderson and asked him to come over to Vice President Cheney’s office. He looked out the window towards the White House front lawn. Tourists were standing in line, waiting to get a glimpse of the world’s most powerful leader. If only they knew how little power Bush had. Or any of them had, for that matter.

They were all just bit actors in a grotesque play written 50 years ago. The lights dim, on comes Reagan. The curtain falls, and after intermission it’s Bush. Exit stage left, the orchestra plays the strings, and here comes Clinton. Now it’s coming to the next act, and George W. Bush – who could never succeed at anything – is showing up as the savior. Or maybe the idiot savant. Or maybe just a good ol’ boy from Texas who wanted to be the life of the party. After Bush, thought Rumsfeld, the Final Act. Lights fade, curtain falls and show is over.

It didn’t matter, thought Rumsfeld, because none of them had a choice. The Chrono-Visor had shown him the future in 1971. This was all going to happen. The Report Out, named Project 9-1-1, had predicted the Twin Towers would be bombed on September 11 of this year. It would be called the ‘New Pearl Harbor’, and 40,000 Americans would die. The North tower would come crashing into the South Tower. They would both fall onto WTC Building 7. Tens of thousands of New Yorkers would plunge to their death as the steel structures fell like dominos into each other.

The Chrono-Visor didn’t say who was responsible for the attack, but it strongly pointed to Mossad. Rumsfeld shuttered. “Fucking Israelis,” he thought to himself.

Special Science Advisor Britt Anderson entered, and forced Rumsfeld back to the present.

“Good morning, sir,” said the impeccably dressed Anderson. “Are you ready for the debrief?”

Both Cheney and Rumsfeld disliked Anderson. Maybe it was because he was not William Allen; their friend, colleague and father confessor. Perhaps it was something more. Rumsfeld wondered if Anderson had an ounce of compassion in him.

“Please proceed,” said Vice President Cheney.

“As you have seen from the preview tapes,” Anderson began, “we know what 9/11 will look like. We know the casualty figures and the financial chaos that will ensue. With all due respect to Secretary Rumsfeld’s concern about the Butterfly Effect, I have devised an alternative plan that will minimize loss of life, property and disruption to the financial world.”

Cheney looked over at Rumsfeld to study his reaction. There was nothing to read behind those steely eyes.

“We don’t fuck with history, Britt”, said Rumsfeld. “You know the rules. You tweak one semingly minor thing from the past, and you get a wildly different future thirty years from now. We have run this scenario over and over. These towers have to fall. Americans have to die. We end up at war in the Middle East.”

“I agree with everything you have said sir, but I think I have a plan to minimize the deaths. What if we could limit the casualties from 40,000 to 3,000 and still keep the conceptual framework intact?”

“Do what?” asked Rumsfeld.

“Reduce the Twin Tower deaths from 40,000 to 3, 000,” repeated Anderson.

“That has my interest, son” said a suddenly alert Rumsfeld. “Let’s hear your plan.”

REPORT OUT: The implementation of Operation Shock and Awe will begin in September of 2001. It will run thru 2011, and will involve a series of interconnected wars, massive economic disruption and psychological shock. It will be the culmination of 40 years worth of R&D, piloted programs and small-scale field trails. It will be un-paralleled in the scope of world events, and will invoke deep and systemic shock at almost every level of society.

The overall plan for Middle East war was laid out in 1992 during Cheney’s last year as Defense Secretary under Bush the Father. The Defense Planning Guide (Cheney-Wolfowitz) spells out overall goals of worldwide U.S. military domination, and was further elaborated in PNAC’s release last fall of the Rebuilding America’s Defense report.

Most relevant point from PNAC’s report is that ‘Process of transformation is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event – like a new Pearl Harbor.’

A new Pearl Harbor is coming. It has been in planning for many years.

THE PENTAGON, September 10, 2001 (AP) – Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld blasted the Pentagon bureaucracy today, telling his audience that the enemy may well be internal.

“The topic today is an adversary that poses a threat, a serious threat, to the security of the United States of America. This adversary is one of the world’s last bastions of central planning. With brutal consistency, it stifles free thought and crushes new ideas. It disrupts the defense of the United States and places the lives of men and women in uniform at risk.

“The adversary [is] Pentagon bureaucracy. Not the people, but the processes . . . In this building, despite the era of scarce resources taxed by mounting threats, money disappears into duplicate duties and bloated bureaucracy— not because of greed, but gridlock. Innovation is stifled— not by ill intent, but by institutional inertia.”

Rumsfeld also announced in the speech that the U.S. military is missing over $2 Trillion. Former Government Accounting Office whistle-blowers have said for years that the military budget is full of secret budgets that fund black operations. They have called for greater transparency in accounting for public money.

NEW YORK CITY, September 11, 2001 (AP) – The world watched in stunned disbelief today as jetliners crashed into the World Trade Center Twin Towers, the Pentagon and a possible related crash in Pennsylvania.

Hours after being hit, both towers collapsed straight down into their foundations in a manner similar to a controlled demolition. Thousands perished, and a third building (WTC 7) also fell to ruins in a similar manner later in the day. It was unclear if the third building was also struck by a jetliner.

President Bush was speaking to elementary students when the first attack occurred. After the second attack he was rushed aboard Air Force One. Vice President Cheney is also reported safe. Defense Secretary Rumsfeld was reportedly working at the Pentagon during the attack, and is also safe.

NEW YORK CITY, September 13, 2001, (AP) – Amidst the still-burning fires and rivers of melting metal that were once the Twin Towers, investigators have caught a lucky break in the race to solve who may have been responsible for the terrorist acts in New York.

FBI authorities have found the passport of Satam Al Suqami, and are considering him a key suspect in the hijacking.

Investigators at the Pentagon have also caught a lucky break. First responders have found a California ID card reportedly belonging to a Saudi Arabian who has suspected terrorist ties. Authorities at both sites are still searching desperately for the airplane Black Box flight recorders, but fear they were consumed in the inferno.

NEW YORK CITY, September 14, 2001 (AP) – The FBI has been working around the clock to determine who is responsible for the terrorist attacks on U.S. soil, and today announced that a terror group named Al-Qaeda is responsible for the carnage.

The FBI has reportedly obtained names and photos of the 19 terrorists suspects, most of whom died in the infernos. President Bush has vowed that those responsible will pay a terrible price in retribution.

WASHINGTON, D.C., October 12, 2001 (AP) – Less than one month after the world terrorist attack on U.S. soil, the Congress has introduced wide-ranging and sweeping changes to allow law enforcement officials greater latitude in keeping the country safe from another attack.

The 500-page document was produced within days of the attack and has been circulating among various sub committees over the past month. Both sides of the isle reportedly back the changes. The legislation is being referred to as “The Patriot Act” and is expected to be passed in the coming weeks.

WASHINGTON, D.C., October 16, 2001 (AP) – Capital Hill was evacuated today as postal workers found more anthrax in the mailroom of Congress.

The attack follows on the heels of anthrax mailed to various news organizations on September 18, 2001. The deadly spore can easily spread by airborne contact.

FBI sources believe the anthrax is being used as a bio- weapon and points to Al-Qaeda as the most likely suspect in the attacks. The letters have contained statements “Death to America” and “Allah is Great” in English block letters.

NEW YORK CITY, October 19, 2001 (AP) – New York City developer Larry Silverstein is haggling with his insurance company over settlement terms of the World Trade Center disaster. Silverstein claims each tower should be worth $3.55 Billion for a total of $7.1 Billion. The insurance company contends the twin towers were a single disaster and only want to pay out $3.55 Billion.

On July 24, Silverstein entered into a 99-year lease agreement with the Port Authority for the towers. It was the first time in the history of the complex that management was put up for bid.

Silverstein put up $14 Million of his own money and was awarded the bid. Six weeks later, that lucky investment may be worth 500 times his initial outlay.

REPORT OUT: As predicted, 9/11 is being perceived as the new Pearl Harbor, and will serve as catalyst for Iraq invasion. Will begin building up budget and manpower requirements for multi-year occupation. Strategic goals will be to establish and maintain presence in entire region. Afghan recon efforts will be folded into small-scale operations, and expanded as required. Expect retrieval of both Star Gates by 2005.

Tavistock and Rand have done stellar job in managing 9/11 event. We expect certain segments of population (fringe right-wing ‘patriot’ groups) to challenge story line. These groups will be closely monitored using DARPA technology to discover their network connectivity. Some questions have arisen concerning the ‘coincidence’ of the attack date with the long-established 9-1-1 emergency phone number. There are no coincidences.

Anthrax is difficult to produce, and carries its own unique signature. It will be easy to trace and identify where weapons-grade spores were manufactured (our own Army Bio-weapons lab in Maryland). Recommend not disclosing source of anthrax until 2008.

Underground facility in Colorado has been completed, and will be occupied by U.S. government agencies within next eight years. As anticipated, Bush is enjoying widespread approval ratings and will be known as the “war president”.

Anderson’s plan appears to have worked, minimizing loss of life while remaining true to 7 Chrono-Vision future.  Like William Allen before him, he will receive a CIA Distinguished Intelligence Medal.
